Offloading Videos to iMac

Greetings All,

How can I possibly offload the videos recorded with my iPhone 4 (not jailbroken) back to my iMac? Is it even possible?

I have a few videos on my iPhone I'd like to transfer to my iMac but cannot figure out a way via iTunes


Thanks for any help / advice
