I am using office for mac and in powerpoint I have downloaded slides from some of my classes in school and non of the equations that have been inserted into the slides will show up.. I assume they were put in using some kind of equation editor and more than likely on a windows version of the software.. has anyone has a similar problem that may be able to offer a solution???
Thanks

Equations should appear whether the user has Equation Editor installed or not. It sounds like the presentation author used an obscure format for the equations. Have him send you a PDF copy of the presentation. You will probably have to use Equation Editor to recreate the equations.
