Can somebody send me a link to the software that can covert OGG files to AAC (or MP3 or AIFF)?

I had an iTunes plug-in for this purpose, but it doesnt seem to work in Tiger.

Assuming your ogg files are really vorbis files (i.e. ogg codec used with the vorbis file format) then this looks like it will work for $10.

Sorry, but I don't have a credit card, so I was looking for a free solution.

You don't need any of the above files. All you need to do is to download the quicktime oggvorbis component from here which will allow you to view, modify and export ogg vorbis files to any quictime format. It's totally free.

Yes, that's the plugin that no longer works under QuickTime 7.
