Was at the apple store waiting in line outside because they were doing OneonOne training and told us to wait outside. Then, when the training was over, they took people inside ONE AT A TIME, where they told them the phone was not available for preorder because their site was down. They didn't just tell everyone, they told one person at a time and it took them a while.
