Oh No! Broken Keyboard?

I think my brand new keyboard is broken. Caps lock and num lock do the opposite.
Ex: "The cat is black."
Caps Lock Off, Num lock on-
THE CAT IS BLACK.
Num lock off, caps lock on-
532.

What do I do? Do I need to get it fixed by apple?

Yes, it's a macbook pro keyboard

This happened to my Macbook a couple of times after upgrading to Leopard. No idea why, but it disappeared after a few restarts and haven't seen it since.
