Oh no....I dropped my iPhone :(

I just dropped my iPhone 3G when I was getting out of my car.

I didn't realize it was on my lap and I got up and fell in my driveway. No damage to the screen, but there are a few knicks on the black casing on the back and top.

I feel like crying.

I learned this lesson long time ago with my OLD phones (thankfully) - NEVER EVER put your phone on your lap while driving. You forget that it's there and as you get out, you basically throw it onto the pavement. Get an iPhone holder!!! Sorry man.

That's happened to me a bunch of times with my previous phones, but I was nowhere near as careful with them. I'd see a scratch on my Treo, and be mildly annoyed. On my iPhone?

So it wasn't in a case huh? That sucks man, I feel your pain. My old phone had some scars. Get a case bro... you won't see that stuff.. you're phone will look good again, and take less damage. lol

Yeah, stupid Vaja takes 45 days for their cases to ship.

I bought a Ghost Armor and Gear4 Icebox Pro and returned both.

I just ordered a SwitchEasy Capsule Rebel though so that should be here soon. Looks like I'm gonna have to sell my Vaja. Good thing I didn't get it personalized.

Glad to hear it didn't get damaged to bad.

I know having a case takes away from the look of the phone, but at least you won't have to worry about this type of stuff happening.
