Oh no! (returning mbp 17")

Ok so I just received my top of the line mbp 17" that's over 4000 dollars a few days ago. Now with the new refresh coming out will I have any problem returning it? I ordered from the online store.

You have 14 days to return it. There has been no official word on when apple will be refreshing the MBP line
