Using Big Sur and MAC Photos. I am looking for a Pic Painting filter/plug in to use with Photos. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

If it doesn't have to be strictly oil painting, I'd recommend Waterlogue to convert photos (from the Photos app) into watercolors. I've been using it for about 4 years and find it easy and pleasurable to use.
