Good. Now I hope they don't give him celebrity treatment with the sentencing. Let's hope they throw the book at him

Yea,:)
That FOOL had it coming.
So stupid, that retard got away with a double murder. Then he blew it, by pulling this stunt.

That jerk thought he was untouchable. well he thought wrong, BURN IN HELL o.j.

Ironic isn't it. He didn't go to jail for murder but stealing his stuff back.

the fact that he was guilty on more than 1 count means that there is no celeb treatment.

He could very likely get the max

There is a bigger irony-

today is the anniversary of his acquittal

He's 61 so even a 15-year sentence is going to put a dent in his golf game.

But the real tragedy is now he can't find the real killers.

The sentencing will come soon and it could range from 5 years to life. My guess is that it will fall on the more lenient side and not be life.

This trial is completely separate from anything that came before and stands on its own. Whether he has a long record, or no record at all, does not play into the sentencing.

according to something i just heard, he is getting 15 at the LEAST for kidnapping-each other charge is 1-2 years each-
I was under the impression most states have a minimum sentence guideline of 25 yrs to life for kidnapping.

Is it less in Nevada?

where's Johnnie Cochran when you need him :D

Yes I know he is dead, it was meant as a sarcastic joke about him getting off with murder.

He shouldn't have kept pushing his luck, you can only defeat the justice system so many times before it comes back to bite you :D

He'll get out in 3 months on good behavior

Funny how what goes around comes around. I think this is Gods punishment for the murders he did.:) or he's just a Dumb....

My guess is that he committed a double murder back in the '90s, got away with it (the criminal charges), and felt a heightened sense of invincibility.

While he lost in the civil case for the double murder, he didn't pay up that much. If he goes to prison, I hope the Goldman and Brown families can gain OJ's assets.

Not that I'm at all upset with the ruling, but I wonder if he truly received the fair trial he deserved.

Then again, maybe all of the fairness was consumed in his first trial. :p

Very good question. My guess would be that he didn't.

Unless of course he has a mirror in his cell...
While I tend to believe he is guilty so this is a bit funny, our court system found him innocent.

You are innocent until proven guilty. So technically, whether he did it or not, he has been exonerated from that charge by criminal trial.

Of course the civil trial's outcome is a different issue.

"May I play through???" will now take on an entirely new meaning. :p
:D
