Ok everyone, update to 2.0.2 NOW!

This makes sense. An iPhone asking for more power raises the noise floor for everyone else. Multiple iPhones asking for more power than it needs could in theory be pretty bad.
 
This is probably why they sent the text message to everyone encouraging them to upgrade.

I wonder how well it worked.
 
This actually makes sense that the update isn't effective unless a large portion of iPhone users update.
 
Kind of curious now how many phones have been updated and at what point will people see a difference in there calls and 3g status... IE if 50% of the people updated there phones would it help.. or do we need 50% of the phones in region "A" to update to see a difference.... Just curious..
