GeForce 2MX
32MB Graphics card

Video playback is solely dependant on CPU, and relies very little on RAM, which explains why speed has not improved.

Are you playing video files already on the Mac?

If so, download and install the G4 optimized MPlayer, and follow the OP's setup instructions in this thread. It will play videos better than straight up Quicktime.

If you are playing streaming videos from the web, then are you using TenFourFox as your browser? It plays videos better than other browsers on G4's.

but it has the same video graphics memory as it did b4 it started acting up when i upgraded to tiger..it was fine before idk what is going on;/
