ok how do i change the user name home folder icon (pic attached) in OS 10.6

See the pic so you know what I mean.

I wanna change the folder named "josh" to a different name. How can I change it? The help files on the apple support forums have a different method that applies to the 10.5 os version, but not the 10.6.
