Ok, I can't grasp why iCloud won't sync my updated bookmarks to my iPhone...

Firstly, my iTunes is setup to sync with icloud. I've tried everything ranging from turning booksmarks off, then on in the iclouds setting on my phone, that, then powering off, then on my phone. I also tried deleting, and readding my icloud account to my phone. In the iCloud Control Panel for my desktop, I unchecked, and rechecked the Bookmarks w. Internet Explorer, then clicked apply, to no avail. It just keeps resyncing my old bookmarks, booksmarks that I have deleted, and since then added new ones, what gives?

because iCloud is just HORRIBLE?? count yourself lucky..I have had iCloud nuke all my contacts and bookmarks.
