Seriously. As much as a surprise TB was to us (me) during the last refresh, I figured at least a few select 3rd parties were privy to it and would get a jump on actually making something that uses it by now.

Holy crap. MBP's are going to go through another iteration before we see anything.

The web page for this TB Lacie drive is starting to turn yellow and it won't be available until Summer.

Has the industry not embraced this technology yet? What else is in the works that you know about?

what i dont get,is if its theoretical i/o is 10 gbps,then why not use it for internal hdrive connection?ie instead of sata port?

I really, really like the Sonnet stuff. What they are doing would have been impossible without TB. Brilliant.
