I don't know what to do,stay with ios 6.0.1 which lags a lot on iphone 4 and apps open a little bit faster or downgrade to ios 5.1.1 which is smoother.And if I go back to 5.1.1 which build should I use:9b206 or 9b208 ?

Apple have stopped signing 5.1 software. Unless you are planning to jailbreak or similar you can't downgrade normally using iTunes

I am planning to downgrade to 5.1.1 without jailbreaking it and I can downgrade with shsh bloobls.

As with any other decision making process weigh the options. Which is more important? Which is the lesser evil? List out your pros and cons if you have to. No decision is one-size-fits-all.
