Ok people, going to the MAC store for service.

My headphone jack on my imac seems to be acting up. Called and my warranty is still good for a few weeks ,thank goodness. (3 years came in handy! lol) Ive backed up many of my kids movies to my imac to play off that and through my Vizio. The apple store said they would fix my jack and also run a quick check of everything else. My question is should i take those rips/backups off? Ive NEVER had any issues to take to apple for service until now.(thanks steve jobs) Im just wondering if that pops up that there is stuff on there that isnt exactly "legit'' or something. I also got a copy of snow leopard from my brother so it wasnt actually purchased from apple. Will this pop up as well? I dont care if they do, i just dont want them to say it voids my warranty or some crap. :apple::)

Some people tend to have a very limited warranty when it comes to that.



Hey, I'm going to Border's later to look at some books. Maybe I'll steal one and then tell everyone here that I didn't pay for it.
 
And everyone stop with the whole "pirate"/conscience"stuff. Like you all have NEVER EVER downloaded something completely non legit! Anyone that says that is LYING. Yea when NAPSTER first hit you never got anything? Cmon. Just Stop.

I never used Napster.

I've never downloaded anything illegally.

I'm also not lying.

WHO STOLE!? LMAO! LMAO! My brother lives 10 minutes away. Would it have been different if he lived in the same house and installed it and said it was his computer? And uhhhhh, I made backups of the kids DVDs'. I own them. Im not distributing them. Geez. Touchy Touchy

Each copy of SL is licensed for only one computer. Using it on multiple computers is, in essence, stealing.

I never commented on the DVD backups you made.

Do you think that I'm shaking my fist at my MBP screen or something? lol
