Ok quick question on LCS screen protector

Is the 2G EDGE iphone screen size the same as the 3G?
I want to buy the LCD screen protector guard (the thin plastic film), these ebay sellers do not say if the screen protectors are compatible with both version (I have both 2G and 3G iphones)
