Ok, SERIOUSLY, why aren't I getting push & mail notifications,

Please help! This is so irritating. My mail doesn't auto check for new mail anymore; I have to check manually.. Other things like chess with friends or facebook don't check for new notifications either they only show up if I manually check. And no, not a settings problem... Nothing was changed.

I suppose it would help to know if you're on iOS 4.0.1, 4.0.2 just updated or 3.1.3 or such, to find out where the issue could be.

4.0.1... Didn't know there was a 402 but this happened well after I updated to 401. It's an iPhone 4
