iPod OK to use 3rd party USB AC adapter for shuffle?

I'll be filming/photographic in Honduras for 3 weeks and won't be bringing my laptop.

How do you all feel about 3rd party USB AC adapters? This one caught my eye last night...

I have one that looks just like that but black and it works great. I use it to charge my ipod, shuffle, phone. I got it off ebay for about the same price.
