Ok, what exactly is going on with Apple's servers?

iMessage has been randomly deactivated on my phone, but only with my phone number. Can't reactivate. iCloud Keychain not syncing across devices.
Everything was working fine until I got a replacement phone a few days ago, then suddenly...blam.

I've tried all the recommended steps, and I've I've erased and restored from new at least three times.

Anyone else noticing any hiccups with their accounts?

My iCloud email isn’t working. “Cannot get mail. The connection to the server failed.” But I am on iOS 14 beta.
