iPad mini Ok who secretly wants an iPad but continues to find reason not to?

I have an rMini and a a 6 plus, who's undecided and keeps justifying not to buy the iPad mini 3 or iPad Air 2?

If you already have a Mini 2, why upgrade to the Mini 3? The only thing you gain is Touch ID. Seems more cost effective just to keep the Mini you have if you're happy with it

No but it would be nice if the mini is the POS terminal to accept Apple pay

I'm not keeping my desire to upgrade from an iPad2 a secret, but on October 19th my daughter's 11 inch MacBook Air died so I ran to the Apple Store and replaced it with a 13 inch MB Air. So now I'm going to hold off buying an iPad for a few months.

There are a lot of Apple products that I want, but have some kind of fatal flaw I cannot overlook (or enough minor flaws).

That's how Apple seems to work. They create appeal like no-one else.
