Ok,, why am I getting no credit for my work?

Well I have been folding for a few weeks now, so I went to check out how much I have helped the team out and it shows only one protein packet thing for me. i know that I have completed 4 or 5. Should I reinstall the program or what? Are they even getting my work? They should be, I am on cable connection and my comp stays on 24-7. Its not like I care to get the credit, helping human kind is enough for me,, but I would like to help our team be on top. Anyway,, any help you guys could give would be great.

Where's the problem? Check the teamstats pages, and you see that your name is in there. You've so far completed 3 WU's
