Okay so how do i restore to 4.2 beta 2?

So how do i finally do this,

I installed the SDK from 4.2 beta 1 and i got it to work last time but i forgot the steps i did to do it please someone help me update to beta 2.

You should be able to find the information on the dev website where you download the beta. You did download the beta for the iPhone dev site, right?
