I just got a new Alum. MacBook this past Friday and I am trying to take care of it the best I can. Is the battery ready to be taken off the charger at half charge capacity if I have drained it 3 times already and recharged after that to full?

Yes, it's not a problem. You can find information on proper care and feeding of your laptop battery here.

Might want to cut down on the load, though. If you're using it that much every day your battery will need to be replaced in a few months.

Ahh alright. Well thanks a lot. Yes I will plan to use it less, it just is bad because I use it as main computer because I am at school. If I take the battery out and run off of the charger without the battery in the system would that be kosher?
