Okay, traded an iPod touch 4 for an iPhone 4- Now What?

It appears to be locked up. It just says No Sim card installed.

Insert a valid SIM with no PIN lock to activate iPhone.

It's on AT&T I think and I have a T-Mobile sim card, what do I need to do to get this working?



It also has the IMEI and ICCID number (ICCID) is unknown.

Please help!

If it is from AT&T it will not work with T-Mobile unless you find a way to jailbreak and unlock it. All AT&T phones are locked to that carrier and they will NOT unlock it, even if you offer them your firstborn child in exchange.

Find an At&t sim card and try to see if it works.

It's no problem. I just jailbroke it with the Snow one. It works like a charm!
