All over the web, people are reporting ok to prep missing from installer. This prevents everyone from going to 1.1.2. If anyone knows any more info let me know! I'm one of the people that can't upgrade now!

Go into Installer, then select "Install", then select "Sources", then select "Community Sources". That'll install and you will find "OktoPrep" under "Tweaks (1.1.1)".
