iPod Old 5G battery lasts longer with update

I updated to the 1.2 update software and seeing there were new features in my ipod I fully charged my ipod and tested the video play back/battery. Before 1.2 I would get roughly 2 hours. Now with the update I get nearly 3 1/2 hours of video playback(3H 22min to be exact) I dont know if this was the update but I am happy.

I can't wait to update my iPod - I'm looking forward to the other new features in the new iPods trickling down to my 5G iPod video.

If this has also happened to my iPod I'll love this update even more!! already the "new feature" that the iPod can play two song with out pausing in between is soooo nice!!
