old airport

i'm thinking of picking up an old airport (well, last edition, not draft n).

i don't have a computer that will use draft n, and my router currently, well sucks.

any qualms against picking one of these up?

Make sure you get the right type of airport. I think there is either 3 or 4 maybe even more types out there. There was a the airport cards for the imac g3s the Airport extreme for the G4, and G5s. Then I think the macbooks that don't support N have a different card then the currents ones. Which machine do you need it for?

sorry, base station, not airport card

Make sure you get an airport extreme. Wouldn't want to make the mistake of getting the one before that.
