Old App Store app on iPhone 5 after restore

I did a restore and set up as new phone to see if it would fix some bugs. Everything came back normal except the App Store which the older App Store with previous iPhone softwares. How can I upgrade to the new one? Or do I have to do another restore?

Nevermind, I checked it again and it was the updated version. Strange!
