Old Belkin Tunebase FM + iPhone

Hi,
Was just wondering how well the old black brick-style tunebase fm works with iPhone 3G. Just got a new car without aux or tape, just cd so was wondering about these as I know they're not certified iPhone accessories. Can pick one up on amazon for £17 or so.
