Old DVD format to FCPX

Hi, I want to upgrade my 9 year old videos and edit them in FCPX. They are on my hard drive and the formats are (2005_fcp-Dolby Digital Professional 2.0) (2005_fcp-MPEG-2 3.7Mbps 1-pass)- (2005_fcp-MPEG-2 3.7Mbps 1-pass.m2v.par.)
If you could help I would be most grateful.
