Old emails from an hacked mailbox

Hello there

I’m trying to help the neighbor to transfer her very old iPad to a new one.

Her mailbox was hacked and the password changed.

However she still has her old emails on her old iPad. Is there a way to transfer them?

I’m going to save them on iCloud but I might be prompted to enter the password, which has been changed by the hacker.

Any suggestions?
