Old family member showing on screen time.

I no longer have family sharing on but the family members contact is showing up in “Screen Time”. I don’t want it there, anyone know how to remove it?

That is pretty hilarious. When I setup my grandparents they were setup as a child and I had to switch their capabilities so they could do more things on their own.
