I have an iPhone 4 here that is currently jailbroken on 4.0.1. No SHSHs have been saved through Cydia so I'm a little hesitant to try and upgrade because I can't go back if something goes wrong.

Is this possible to install a non-current firmware without a saved SHSH? How can I go about getting this thing up to date?

Thank you much!

Adrian

Unfortunately, without your shsh saved, the only option is to update to the newest firmware (4.3.5). And you're correct, you won't be able to go back if you update (unless of course, you have the shsh for your current firmware).
