Old iOS Bug on iPad

This is a minor bug but it annoys the heck out of me. Two years ago in iOS 7 on my previous iPad I opened the App Store application and searched for 'Chrome'. Now that search is tattooed into the App Store application and it always shows up as the default search option. I can not make it go away no matter what action I take. It's amazing because I'm now on iOS 8.4 using a different iPad so I think it's being transferred over inside my profile.

Yeah, it's a weird glitch that has been there for a while on iPads.

Sometime soon? Hard to tell--if it's fixed in iOS 9 already, then it's all good, if not, then probably not that likely that it will be anytime soon. At some point in general? Well, that's basically 50/50.
