old iphone 3gs question

my friend have old iPhone that contain important data , he didn't use for while , the iPhone is disable and he never connect that one to PC , the phone is not jail-broken as i think , he need the data, i think the phone is on 6.1.6 , is there solution to get images !!! i try Gecko iPhone Toolkit but it didn't work i think because the version of iPhone , is there solution please ?

Yes I agree a person can forget.
