old iPhone 4 sim Vs sim which came with iphone 4s

is there a difference in the AT&T sims in any way?

i just pulled the sim out of my iphone 4 and installed it in my new iphone 4s , it is the same exact sim of should i be activating the new sim which came with the new phone ?

When you activated your 4s it should of deactivated your old sim (assuming the upgrade you used was yours). The phone and sim are linked. If it wasn't than who ever it was now has a dead sim lol.
