Old iPhone, still in stock ?

Hello everybody,

I was just wondering if by any chance in the apple stores there were any stock of iphone at a certain point or all of the stocks are at 0 awaiting the 3g.

I'm guessing the stores are pretty much at zero stock until July 11. My niece just went into an Apple Store in Phoenix to replace her faulty iPhone and they told her she'd have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get the replacement because they were completely out of stock of even the refurbs they give out as replacements at the Genius Bar. Of course this is just one store, but I'm going to guess you would find similar situations at most Apple Stores.

You should do a search as this question has been asked many times already.

Most, if not all, AT&T and Apple stores are sold out of iPhones.

Stock is basically gone for the first generation iphone you can always buy one on Ebay.

I just got mine back from apple its a refurb but its is in mint condition and will be for sale as soon as I get my new one and i am sure there will be many more people doing the same thing. But my best guess would be that will be your only shot at getting a first gen phone.
