Old iPhone with New Mac!

Hey

recently my old mac broke and lost everything, so I went and got a new mac. I managed to copy all my music from my iPhone to the new mac. But what about everything else??

When I click sync will I loose all my apps and voice recordings?!? and anything else?

OR will it move them to the new mac?

Not sure about voice recordings but I know if you click "File" and then "Transfer purchases from iPod" your apps will be copied over. Well that at least worked for me
