Old versions of High Sierra...where

Does anyone know of anywhere to download old versions of particularly High Sierra, meaning the full installer? I need 10.13.3 full installer as anything after has broken the asr tool. I could settle for any pre 10.13.4 really. I tried sites like old versions of, but would rather not turn to torrents as that can be sketchy obviously even for free software.

No one can distribute it to you other than Apple.
