So, here I am, new to the Mac world, full of stupid questions like:

1) How do I get the external HD (actually an internal HD in an enclosure) that I used under WINDOWS flawlessly to now be operational on a MacBook Pro USB 2.0? I gotta get this fixed, ALL my work is on these drives. Do those third-party software programs work? "Move2Mac",

2) How do you cut and paste on a Mac? Right clicking does not work on my mouse.

3) I had a spell checker function on my PC that was wonderful. Don't seem to have that now, does this run through Word? The dotted red lines still appear under the incorrect spelling, but right-clicking on my Magic Mouse does not work like it did on a PC mouse....

Thanks all...

The external drive you have must be formatted for the Mac or in Fat32 in order to work.

Right click does work if you have that enabled you can also use Command+c and Command+v on keyboard

Dump the MM and find something else, about any other mouse is much better even the M-TrackPad. An Apple mouse is like that one family member everyone hates b/c they are bad :)
