My relations have an older IMAC (the rectangular box).

It had cookies, adware and/or malware clogging up the works: they can no longer order airline tickets.

Are there small footprint utilities for their IMAC?

Is there an online utility, like Pandasoft, for their older IMAC?

I'm guessing that they have an original iMac and that they're using Internet Explorer since that's the only one I've seen that has problems on the web.

There is no online utility that I've seen.

You could probably download Mozilla version 1.2.1 or a version of iCab to run on the machine, if it's running Mac OS 9.x or earlier.
