So I get this older iPhone 4G for my wife. This was to have her get used to getting a smart phone. But for some reason every time she goes to do something in the "apps" area it ask for a password. And it does not take her password, it will only take mine. I have looked in depth but can not locate the area where the password is kept. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wanted to let you know before someone jumps on you back, its iPhone 4.

Regarding the passwords, it might be asking for your password because the apps were bought on your Apple ID. Is this true?

Now that I can not tell you if the app had been bought on my Apple ID. I did make an iTunes account for her. And just last week my text's were going to her phone and after 2 hours I figured that out and got it corrected.
