Just as an FYI. My Vizio TV from 2016 only has one 60Hz port (which has a PS4 Pro on it).
My Roku was on a 30Hz port but the UI flies because it defaults to 1080P - only video content is displayed in 4K (which is almost always 30fps or under anyway.)
The ATV has a very smooth interface, and always displays at the Hz the TV is set at. However its not smooth at 30 Hz. The result on my TV is... its jerky to use, despite playing 4K content smoothly.
Since gaming really requires 60Hz I’m kind of stuck with the one port unless I get a switch. Hence the ATV is forced to 30 Hz.
Newer TV owners shouldn’t have an issue.
