I would say it all depends on what features you need/want.
If your goal is to stay under $200.00 then keep an eye at specials from Amazon and Daily Deals.
If you goal is to get the latest Apple Watch Ultra 2, just wait until October and get the Ultra 3.

I think AW2 = Apple Watch 2, but that would make no sense. I think he's referring to Apple Watch Ultra 2.
