I just tried it out, it does exactly as advertised! And it's free! Great product!

This is completely freeware, and the interface is such that when you double-click the app, it asks you to select your iPod, and it's done! I emailed the creator, and got a reply that the next version will have an option to select the destination of your music, instead of the default which was the user's desktop. He said it will most likely be updated tonight.
