Olympus Camera wont power

Hi. I have a Olympus d-395 camera. The camera wont turn on when wou open the weird sliding door. Does anyone know how to fix this or at least get the camera to power on? Apparently something popped off the door, and when it opens, nothing happens.
Any advice would be appreciated!
