I'm not sure what you are asking. The Mac Pro uses an unreleased processor, the 3.4GHz processor being used there is the fastest processor available currently and this system has been out a while and will be replaced probably.

It isn't a 16 core processor. It is a four core processor from the same family as the 2008 Mac Pros and there are two per board in a dual board module.
