omg my rmbp is getting super hot!

when on nvidia graphics, its SO hot that even the aluminum in between the keyboard keys gets nearly untouchable!
it runs cool when on intel graphics tho.
i know it releases more heat on nvidia but the difference is HUGE!
is that normal?

Do you have iStat installed? There you can check the temperatures. Chances are that it will be fine.

It is normal for it to get very hot.

gpu is at 67 rest all are 53 or lower, thats fine imo..?

Yep, seems like it's normal for the keyboard frame to get very hot when the computer is under heavy load. If you're planning on doing any gaming you should look into getting an external keyboard.
