OMG - there's some aqua/blue film sticking out from my iphone 4s?!

It's sticking out from the backside upper left hand corner of my iphone (i.e. near the camera). Here's a pic:

What is it?
What should I do? Will Warranty look after it?

I just noticed it now.

Just take it into Apple. I'm sure they'll take a look.
